Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Custom orders

We will endeavour to create the perfect item for you and this will be as per your instructions. We may ask you what seems like a lot of questions but this is to ensure we meet all of your specifications.  

Please note that we can only promise to make similar items, and can not do a perfect match. This is due to the natural nature of the wools we use. 

Custom orders are exempt from returns. This is in line with consumer law.
